- The discount applies to the basic price of the rental, i.e. the basic price paid by the car hire customer excluding main insurance, taxes, fuel, airport surcharge, charges for one-way rentals (when returning the vehicle to another station) or other additional services of any kind.
- Europcar's rates include all mandatory charges, so there are no hidden extras. These include taxes, partially comprehensive insurance, theft insurance, airport taxes and vehicle registration fees if applicable.
- Mileage is normally unlimited but may apply in some countries or with some rental products. We therefore recommend that you check the terms and conditions during the booking process.
- All regular rental and driver restrictions of the respective rental country and geographical restrictions apply. Certain customer qualification requirements may apply to both renters and additional drivers.
- Europcar terms and conditions apply.
- The following rates are not considered eligible rates for which no reward points are credited: Chauffeur-driven rentals, corporate rates, partner rates, Europcar and Europcar partner personal rates, tour operator rates or vouchers, broker rates, premium or additional rentals, truck rates, promotional offers, "Auto liberté" rates in France, intermediate rentals (twenty-five (25) days or more), vehicle changes.
- The crediting of reward points to the account of H Rewards customers generally takes 6 to 8 weeks.
