2. Eligibility
2.1 This Offer is available for all Qatar Airways Privilege Club Members.
2.2 To benefit from this Offer you need to book a car rental with Europcar on
https://www.europcar.com/en-us/p/europcar-partner/qatarprivilegeclub during the Promotional Period.
2.3 You must show a valid Qatar Airways Privilege Club Member card in the name of the Member making the car rental booking at the Europcar station when picking-up the rented vehicle.
2.4 The same Member cannot earn benefits for more than one rental at any time, and only one rental can be recorded within the scope of this Offer.
2.5 If the same car, or a different one, is rented on consecutive days from the same branch or different branches, it is counted as one rental period.
3. Promotional Period
3.1 This Offer is valid for rental bookings made within the period from 15 December 2024 until 31 December 2024 (both dates inclusive) (the “Promotional Period”), unless otherwise extended or modified at Qatar Airways’ own and entire discretion.
3.2 Rentals must occur from 15 December 2024 to 28 February 2025.
4. Offer Details
4.1 As a Qatar Airways Privilege Club Member you may double your number of Avios by renting a car with Europcar from 500 to a total of 1,000 Avios per car rental with Europcar subject to these Terms and Conditions.
4.2 Your rental must be booked directly through Europcar’s official booking channel on https://www.europcar.com/en-us/p/europcar-partner/qatarprivilegeclub.
4.3 This Offer is valid for bookings made during the Promotional Period only.
4.4 It can take a certain amount of time for Avios earned from car rentals to show up in the Qatar Airways Privilege Club Member’s account which should be credited between 6 to 8 weeks after the completion of the car rental, based on the final amount paid.
4.5 Avios earned through this Offer are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
4.6 Only the Qatar Airways Privilege Club Member renting the car can earn Avios.
4.7 This Offer is not available for car rental bookings made in the USA, Canada, Japan, India, and China.
5. Assistance
5.1 In the event of any required assistance with the car rental, Members must liaise with Europcar Station from which the car was rented and show their rental receipt.
